Wilber just opened a brand NEW office in Newark, OH!

We are looking for self-driven, trainable and professional individuals to join our Recovery team as an Entry Level Collector in our new Ohio office! As a collector, your main responsibility is to make outbound calls, find solutions, and recover assets for clients. This is a fully trainable, entry level position – no prior experience or insurance knowledge is required! You should expect to spend a good amount of time being guided and trained by a supervisor and a mentor.

Our Collectors start with a base pay of $17.40 an hour ($18.40 if bilingual in Spanish) along with uncapped commissions and possible bonus incentives.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers/debtors informing of claim filed against them
  • Negotiate repayment and financial plans to recover assets for clients
  • Update/validate contact information
  • Successfully notate files of conversations had and payments received
  • Provide clarity on filed claims and answer any inquiries from customers
