$16/hr base +commission pay

We are looking for self-driven and competent individuals to join our Recovery team as a Collections Specialist! This is a tough job but the rewards strongly outweighs challenges and adversity faced in the role. As a collector, your main responsibility is to make outbound calls, find solutions to uninsured motorist claims, and recover assets for our insurance clients. All new hires will complete our in-depth training program to ensure success. Wilber provides comprehensive coaching and feedback sessions for its team members in order to improve Collection's skills and techniques.

  • Make outbound calls to customers/debtors informing of claim filed against them
  • Receive and /transfer inbound calls
  • Accurately obtain payments via card and ACH (electronic check payment)
  • Negotiate repayment and financial plans as needed
  • Update/validate contact information
  • Successfully notate files of conversations had and payments received
  • Provide clarity on filed claims and answer any inquiries from customers
  • Update and review all accounts to keep records of payments up to date
